The Challenge
The B2B world has been reluctant in welcoming Accenture Interactive’s artificial intelligence products. We were tasked with branding and launching Accenture Interactive’s AI platform to the world’s top business leaders and shifting their perception on the technology.
The Solution
Humanize AI by moving it away from the abstract to the practical. We did this by treating the platform as a consumer product – starting with a public advertising campaign that was strategically placed during relevant B2B conferences. We created and co-produced a podcast that showcased how AI can be used to benefit the general public. We then put this technology to work by cleverly showcasing its business application through our C-Suite Meeting in a Box experience: an artificial intelligence EA activated through email that can be used to organize and book travel for executive while scribing meetings and notes through a voice user interface. All before we launched the consultancy’s inaugural global AI conference in New York City.
